  A GROOM’S EXPERIENCE
Testimonial By: Lindy Dekker        Publish Date: 2001-08-01

Letter from Lindy [Oscar is Lindy’s groom who was on the TTEAM training in June]
Oscar was extremely pleased with the course to start with, and yesterday even more so ....
One of our horses was not feeling well and was lying down in the paddock. Oscar decided that before he called me to phone the vet - he would put his TTEAM experience into practice. He worked on the horse’s ears and then did belly lifts (much to the builders amazement - they all crowded around and asked him what ON EARTH he was doing!). He got one of the builders to help him as he only had a short towel. He walked the horse a round a bit and then left him and thought he’d wait a little and see if he needed to call me and the vet. An hour later he checked the horse again - he was absolutely fine, came in , ate his dinner enthusiastically and was fine all night.
He just wanted to tell you all - IT REALLY WORKS - and he’s extremely happy to have been able to help a horse without having to stand helplessly by, while he waits for the vet.
Cheers
Lindy
